The study’s objective is to find out the inclusive practices for people with disabilities (PWD) in the workplace using NGT and AHP expert study. The NGT was used to find out the key determinants of PWD development and inclusion in the workplace and AHP was used to rank inclusive practices for disability inclusion. Education and training, career development, procedural justice, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and right staffing practices are major inclusive practices for disability inclusion. This study will help organizations and policymakers frame policies and strategies for PWD’s development and inclusion in organizations by working on the inclusive practices found in these studies.
