Abstract

The globalization that we see today is based on the driving force of serving to self. This article outlines the principles of a new form of globalization, which can be called holistic. Holistic globalization is driven by the service to the whole, which can be briefly described as aiming to achieve optimal integration between the interests of humankind, animals, plants, and Earth-the subjects of the holistic model. The result will be the emergence of holistic organizations and the introduction of a holistic economy. Instead of classes of people, this economy functions into satisfying classes of needs. The article also describes the different ways of conducting commercial relations, when the process of holistic globalization is initiated.
