Abstract
Given the situation in Bangladesh and the jihadist wave emanating from Afghanistan and Pakistan, India cannot remain passive. We should not only strengthen relations with liberal, soft and secular components in neighboring countries, but also have to infiltrate the mind and mind of the majority of Muslims there.
