This policy brief delves into the question, what is the future of India’s Development Cooperation? In an attempt to answer this, the role of India in South-South Cooperation along with key aspects of the Indian approach is examined. The brief proposes that as India moves towards an increased role as a development partner, it should articulate its interests, motives and direction through a policy statement, if not a white paper.
