Abstract

This essay argues that far from doing “complete justice”, the Ayodhya judgment delivered by the Supreme Court of India remains uninformed by any sense of justice in its systematic erasure and willful silencing of majoritarian violence. The lack of justice engulfs the Ayodhya dispute.
