Abstract
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) (POSH) Act, 2013 has failed to address accessibility, reasonable accommodation, equality, and the preservation of natural justice rights from the perspective of persons with disabilities. As the disability movement in India gains momentum, sexual harassment laws must mirror equality for both parties and break free from an ableist structure.
