Abstract

एससीओ में भारत के उत्थान से रूस आश्वस्त हो सकता है कि संगठन में आर्थिक मुद्दों को प्राथमिकता देने में कोई हर्ज नहीं है, क्योंकि भारत उनमें विविधीकरण ला सकता है। ऐसे में एससीओ के अंदर रूस-भारत तालमेल को नए अंदाज से आगे ले जाना अनिवार्य होगा।
