Abstract

This chapter analyzes the significance of augmenting digital twins in supply chain optimization and resilience throughout Internet of Things (IoT) networks. As part of this inquiry, quantitative data obtained from 385 industry experts, which include supply chain executives and IoT specialists, are examined using the specified investigation approach. Sample utility analysis is performed using Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin adequacy measurements, EFA (exploratory analysis of factors), CFA to test the measurement model, and structured equation analysis (SEM (structural equation modeling) and AMOS). This study shows the use of digital twins enhances the effectiveness and scalability of the supply chain, while also declaring their possibility of accurate and near-real-time data with predictions. The study thus underlines the need to know digital twin use in the IoT network to promote adaptive supply chain strategy that can react to interruptions
