Abstract
The chapter explores how AI transforms entrepreneurial psychology by reshaping cognition, emotion, motivation, and ethics. Traditionally fueled by creativity, intuition, and risk-taking, entrepreneurship now integrates AI-driven data analytics, creating a “delegated intelligence paradox” where machine logic both enhances and limits human originality. AI-inflected entrepreneurship demands algorithmic literacy, emotional resilience, and moral foresight. Entrepreneurs must balance data-driven rationality with creativity, empathy, and ethics to sustain authenticity. While AI fosters innovation and co-creation, preserving intuition and human insight remains invaluable. The chapter envisions a human–AI symbiosis, where entrepreneurs act as conductors harmonizing analytical power with moral and empathetic judgment for ethical, sustainable innovation in the digital era.
