Abstract
The United States is appeasing Israel and the American neocons by supporting Israel’s plan to occupy South Lebanon through the framework agreement between the Lebanese government and Israel. The Hezbollah and the Lebanese people reject this framework as it violates Lebanese sovereignty and territorial integrity. Iran rejects this framework since it violates the terms of the MoU.
