Abstract

This chapter evaluates how leader's ethics influences citizen's behavior for organization (OCB) within the health sector industry of the Eastern part of Africa by examining culture of organization as the middle element. The analysis utilized 390 health sector worker participants through a quantitative investigation method to evaluate these associations. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measure evaluated the element analysis acceptability for the investigation data. Sample adequacy of the investigation is confirmed through its KMO value. The investigations validated the measurement model through confirmatory element analysis (CFA) to properly represent the concepts of culture of organization, OCB, and leader's ethics. AMOS software enabled the discovery of substantial associations among variables in order to manifest Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The investigation demonstrates that leader's ethics achieves encouraging influence on OCB accomplish through culture of organization serving as a vital intermediate force.
