The influence of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) in Ethiopia's healthcare industry is examined in this chapter, with a focus on the mediating function of organizational culture. To investigate these correlations, the study used a quantitative research approach with a sample size of 390 healthcare workers. In order to determine if factor analysis was acceptable, the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measure was used to examine the data. The KMO value that was obtained confirms the study's sample adequacy. The measurement model was validated using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), which made sure the concepts of organizational culture, OCB, and ethical leadership were appropriately represented. Significant correlations between the variables were then discovered through the use of AMOS software for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that organizational citizenship behaviors are positively impacted by ethical leadership, and that organizational culture plays a critical mediating role in this connection.
