Abstract

The chapter aims to study the intersection of legal adaptation in response to the challenges of globalisation by focusing specifically on how the law addresses the prevention and punishment of genocide in a globalised world. It encapsulates both the evolving role of law in ordering society and the moral and legal imperatives in addressing mass atrocities like genocide.
